The Prodigy

Born December 8, 2005, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Javokhir Sindarov earned the Grandmaster title at just 12 years, 10 months, and 8 days — the second-youngest in chess history, behind only Sergey Karjakin.

Known for an aggressive, dynamic playing style and relentless preparation, Javokhir combines classical chess understanding with a fearless modern approach. Victories over Firouzja, Vachier-Lagrave, Nakamura, and Abdusattorov have made him one of the most dangerous competitors on the elite circuit.

A two-time Uzbek national champion and key member of the historic Olympiad gold-medal team, he represents the new wave of Uzbek chess excellence — while relaxing with CS2 and FIFA off the board.
